I am not sure yet how the story will play out. First we have Ricky who has run away from the “Rez” to escape his brothers death. In his escape to North Dakota he has encountered a debacle with some white country men but then ghost elk pop up during the fight. Second we have Lewis who met Peta and left the “Rez” as well but now is doing house duties and sees a ghost elk. I am wondering how this all relates and the symbolism behind the ghost elk.
