Gritty and Moody, but that cover...yuck.

While I don't love the cover, it's not something I'd pick up at the bookstore out of curiosity, I am so intrigued by the first 18 pages. In these first few pages, the author has set up a gritty and rough atmosphere that draws you in. I'm looking forward to digging in to the plot to see where this goes!
