I love a black and white cover, or one of little color. The angle of the deer, it's antlers and it's eye gives you just enough visual and leaves the rest to imagination. The title reminds me of an Agatha Chrisie novel. The Goodreads description is delicious. Paul Tremblay, Tommy Orange, and Jordon Peele, I mean...come on! Right? With the slow rise and demand of authors of color, own voice storytelling, and compelling storytelling at that, is enough for me to WANT THIS BOOK! And in horror to boot!
