A fast paced YA thriller with plenty of twists.

Lauren O’ Brian and her mother move to Happy Valley Pennsylvania so Lauren can have a fresh start after a terrible tragedy at her old school. Though she is having a bit of trouble finding her place she does have a causal relationship with Robbie Crestmont who volunteers where her mom works. After a warning from members of her soccer team about how the girlfriends of the Crestmont sons all met tragic ends. Lauren decides to break it off with him at an end of summer party at the Crestmont’s lake house. That weekend she makes a shocking discovery. Now she is determined to find out the truth behind the rumors and bring the culprit to justice. However many people in Happy Valley have secrets and expose Lauren’s secret to hide their own. Undaunted Lauren is going to find out who is hiding the darkest secret of all. Though finding the truth may cost her much more than her fresh start. This is a wonderful YA thriller that lovers of thrillers of any age could enjoy I loved it highly recommend.
