Good first impression and book cover

So far the First Impression is really good! It's easy to read, the pace is good and the past is woven in with the present so we aren't reading flashbacks to know the context. Just in the first couple of chapters we get glimpses of the trauma in CA with fire and it keeps the reader going to find out what really happened! The cover is also good, really tailored for YA. Personally not a huge fan of highschooler already going on rebounds and getting casual sex so don't want to read too much of it.
