The writing in this excerpt was absolutely wonderful! Although the excerpt only included one full story, and another partial story, they certainly set the bar high for the rest of the book! On top of that, I really like the editors' note and reasoning for creating this book. I think it's extremely important for publishing to be accessible to all authors, especially to voices we don't hear often enough!
