That first story has one heck of an opening line!

I knew I was interested in this as soon as I read the synopsis, but if that hadn’t completely hooked me, the first line of the first story certainly would have! THAT’S how you open a story! If the first line doesn’t beg me to keep going, nothing will. I cannot wait to get more of this strange, well-written, and (hopefully) meaningful collection.
