I think it's so important to publish more stories by authors of color, especially Black authors, during this time. That's why I was so excited to start reading this collection of new African authors. After reading the first short story, I know that the rest of the collection will be just as marvelous. The first story was exciting, and I could not tear my eyes away. I had to keep reading until the end. I can't wait to continue reading the rest of the stories in this collection.
