I wish I were a greater lover of short stories, because I think the concept is incredible. The introduction did a great job of explaining the purpose and getting me invested. The writing was good, but I am not a big short story lover, and I think the tricky part with this type of anthology is that it's hard to know exactly what you're getting into. The first story for example was very dark and I didn't expect it - are all the stories quite so dark? I can't tell and that's why I don't think this one is personally for me. BUT it was definitely well written, so I give it a high rating and I'd recommend it to lovers of short stories to give it a try.
