I'm probably in the minority here, but I don't love the cover. It's okay, but doesn't make me want to pick up the book. Because of that first impression, I was totally surprised by the excerpt, which places us right in a serial killer's mind. It's dark and intense, and I was hooked. I'm now curious about the rest of the stories in this collection.
