Action packed

I enjoyed this read more than I have the other Wilbur books I've read, it was written well with great characters and an immersive storyline. There was a lot of action in this book but somehow it still seemed like a slow moving read. I had a hard time sticking to it for very long at a time, I had to take a lot of breaks to get through the slow parts. I truly enjoyed the history of the book, Wilbur did a great job weaving history and action while still being true to his writing style - the others I've read revolved more around the historical fiction aspect while this one added much more adventure and action. I found the characters, major and minor, to be relatable; Smith constructed some interesting personalities that really drew me in to the overall story. This wasn't a favorite but it did give me new hope for my future with the author's books
