Such a good beginning to a book, and immediately hooked me in! I am a sucker for Mythology books, and this one seems to fit the bill. One part historical fiction, one part mythology/Egyptian Gods, this book pulls me into its grasp quickly and efficiently. I can't wait to see where Hui's journey goes, and what choices need to be made along the way. I loved the cover with the scarab, it's graphics were gorgeous and further drove home what the book was about. Can't wait to indulge in this fabulously unique novel!
