The New Kingdom follows two men as they adventure across Egypt in search of a marauding group called the Hyksos. Overall, I'm not really a fan of the adventure-style books, but this would definitely appeal to those fans of the Mummy franchise.
The jacket cover lends an appropriately Egyptian air, though not really of the adventure story inside. Overall, this one isn't for me but isn't poorly written.
