The gorgeous cover pulled me in even more than the interesting blurb. The first thing I noticed while reading the First Look excerpt was the first person point of view - which I generally do not like because it has to be executed in such a perfect way for me to enjoy. Most first person POV make the story feel more tell than show, and that was the case here...so far. The story seems unique and interesting though.
