Why Am I Always Sceptical To These

I want to say that I think I will like this, but I'm never sure with thrillers! It could ever be super interesting or intriguing or I would want to just stop reading throughout... I'm not sure... Also, the cover doesn't really appeal to the eye and seems more like an adult thriller book than a YA.
