You had me at "all good stories start with bad decisions."

An innocent, lowly girl is suddenly thrust into the dazzling and dangerous world of royalty- it's a classic story line but magic system, quest to the death and handsome princes certainly give it an intriguing new twist.

The details of the landscape, magical glass ships and beautiful fashion really paint a vivid picture. I also really enjoy the author's writing style/voice.

This is going towards the top of my TBR pile.
