This beginning hooked me. The story centers around a girl named Zahru who from what I gather lives in a magical society it mentioned Ather that could be her town I guess in the kingdom of Orkena. I really can picture a really colorful setting the author does a great job in the descriptions of the world. Her friend Hen is a materialist who makes clothes how neat is that! The setting of the story kind of reminds me of Aladdin! What kind of powers does Zahru have? Is Gallum the boy she is supposed to marry? Does chocolate play an important role in the story and how are scorpions related? I can’t wait to read more!
