In full disclosure, I'm not a fantasy genre reader at all. However, after reading the synopsis, I actually think that the story line sounds interesting. You have a story of survival of a teenager. She has to go against the most powerful people in her world and be worried about human sacrifice. That alone had peaked my interest!
