Zahru seems like such a relatable character, especially when she pointed out she once had a moral crisis after being handed back too much change. That small detail makes her seem more like a real person and less like a fictional character.
The world itself also seems interesting so far. I love it when books include several different types of magic, and some of the ones included in this book seem quite unique.
I would love to read more to see how the two girls' adventure turns out, as well as to learn more about the kinds of magic present in this world
