First off, the concept for this book is whack! Gives me some Hunger Games vibes with the whole human sacrifice element. Just from the synopsis, this one sounds super intriguing!
One of the things that's stuck out to me right off is the unusual names the author has come up with for her characters. Sometimes I have a difficult time keeping track of a large number of characters with unique names.
I think I'd still give this a read though.
