Once the FBI becomes involved in Emily's case, time is not on the Hiding Girl's side and I enjoyed the high stakes cat-and-mouse game that Emily played with the agent.
Memories, hallucinations, and a fragmenting psyche should slow Emily down but instead they fuel the fire that propels her on her revenge quest.
I loved the ending and I'm excited to read book two in this series where once again Emily finds herself in danger.
