The story starts out really good, it goes right into what happens to the girl Emily and her family. It breaks off in the second chapter to fast forward to present time and her having to survive in such a hard way since her world was turned upside down. Having. Even around so many teens that ha e such rough backgrounds and persevere past those odds stacked against them I am interested in how this story unfolds and the outcome. I want to see if she gets revenge or justice for her murdered family, and how she comes out of this with an unlikely bond built with a character that is a thug by description and lifestyle.
