I think this one is going to be a pass. Too much about it creeps me out, and not in a good way, from the overexposed cover to the premise of this twelve-year-old bent on revenge (I'm worried about it veering to the exploitative). And if it continues much more with the accents, it's going to get distracting really quickly. I'm also always a little wary about "Indie presses" that are imprints of the author himself.
