The premise sounds interesting. My hope is that the author takes an approach from realism instead of a more fantastical one. Having your family murdered at that age would be terrifying. It would rob you of all innocence. I like the author’s approach at her finding hope in the unlikeliest of people, a former gang member. Sounds like a good story. I would definitely read the physical book, just not an e-book fan.
