So I’m not going to lie the cover doesn’t really sell this one. It’s ok, but it’s not something that would urge me to personally pick it up. The blurb excited me. I love a heroine growing and training to protect herself, and get some potential revenge. This book feels unique from the first look, because this heroine is a young girl at first. Not sure if she she’s during this story, but I think that could be interesting. That said I don’t read a plethora of suspense, so maybe this isn’t a unique plot, but I’m excited to potentially read it!
