A YA novel about 4 teenagers that into a car accident. One was driving, one was high, one was screaming and one was dead. What really happened the night Chris Moore died? The driver’s best friend and one of the passengers try to figure out what happened that night after the party. They begin stirring up old memories from the people that were involved and in the meantime, they shake up some feathers. I enjoyed this one but it felt a little rushed at the end. There is some opioid abuse in this book that I felt wasn’t taken as seriously as it should by the people around the character. There is also an emotional support dog in this book who gets a starring role.(and no, nothing bad happens to the dog!). There was a nice twist at the end which was satisfying. I also think it could have been a little bit shorter, but I am giving this one a solid 3 stars. Thank you BookishFirst!
