This is a pretty effective setup for a thriller - the poem in the beginning outlines the key characters, title implies that somehow this headmaster list will play a key role. I like the mixed-media-ness of the story (the police report, the podcast), it makes things a little bit more interesting. I'm hoping we get to know the main character a bit more, so far she's a little bit indistinct. The cover conveys the story pretty well - shatter glass, yellow stripes reminiscent of police tape. I'm mildly intrigue and would continue reading.
