Not Just Another High School YA Novel

I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not one for thrillers but I've been trying to get into them more and I think this one might fit the bill! I wasn't sure how I'd feel about it but the combination of police reports, podcast transcripts, and eloquent writing of Miss Melissa de la Cruz- I felt as though I was transported into the story.

I'll be honest, as someone who has PTSD... it was ever so slightly triggering but it felt incredibly validating to see it represented in writing.
