I am familiar with this author by name, but I’ve never read her work. I’m less inclined to read YA these days, especially thrillers, as they often feel a bit cheesy to me. So I was surprised to see how compelling the story actually is. I thought the writing quality would turn me off, but that too has caught me by surprise. So, yeah. This is for me. I want to read it.
