Usually book covers don’t turn me off, but for some reason, this one not only didn’t grab my attention but also made me almost not even want to read the first look. I put it off for most of the week because I just wasn’t Interrested, but, in an attempt to give it a chance, I read through the first look. I can say that it isn’t what I expected based on the cover, and it does seem like a good October read, but maybe not for me. I’m still unsure what it is and why.
