This definitely isn't a genre that I would usually read. A murder mystery taking place in France happening in the few months after the Twin Towers were attacked. It's was an interesting perspective to briefly view that tragedy and after effects, including the worry and fear of terrorists. While I might not personally enjoy this genre, I'm sure there are others that would.
