I don't read a lot of crime novels, but the premise of this sounds interesting and the cover is eye grabbing. A whole lot is going on from the very opening pages - this book moves at a fast pace with a unique writing style. And set in France (I feel like most crime novels are set in New York or generic American cities). In conclusion - seems like a crime novel with a few new spins. Maybe I'll give the genre another try.
