Love Emily (aka Alice Black) and Lucas, such a great book 2. Exciting thriller with plenty of suspense and intrigue, still can't believe how young she is and what all she has handled in life. How can one girl get into so much trouble. Everyone she runs into who has been wronged, she has to save and fight their battles especially Rebecca and Ben. The budding romance between Emily and Ben was so sweet and innocent and laughed at the bird analogy made by Rebecca as to what type of bird Emily would be and type of bird Ben would be. Plenty of laugh out loud moments and unbelievable situations and outcomes. There were truly some edge of your seat moments as she is like a cat with nine lives and she has angels looking out for her besides Lucas. Ready for a book 3 several years later and reunion with Ben eventhough Emily needs a true Alpha. Definitely will be reading other books by this author.
