As someone who is very sensitive I enjoyed this read and felt like it was helpful. I feel like I am always crying! Reading this book though was inspiring. The author shared helpful skills to help a sensitive person overcome the negative effects that can come from being overly sensitive. Trauma has affected me personally leaving me with depression and anxiety and I found myself being even more sensitive then I was before my traumatic experiences. It was something I always looked down at and wished I never faced. This novel helped me to accept my past and what I went thru and where I am at today. Helped me to understand myself a little better. It is important for us sensitive individuals not to regret or try to change ourselves to not be sensitive but rather embrace it accept it understand it and learn to live with it. That will help our minds be happier. Great book!
