This is an interesting first impression because it’s a self help guide book wrapped into an autobiography. There are insights that are learned by examples of the author’s experience. I actually like seeing the behind the scenes of the therapists mind and see that’s not as put together as we might think! It makes that experience seem a little more normal? I found there were a few good lines of advice but I had to dig through a lot of extra words and stories that are perhaps unnecessary. Not personally the book for me but it was interesting to read and has some good topics of discussion! The cover has beautiful colors but it looks like a fish. Is it supposed to be a fish?
