As a HIGHLY sensitive person, I’ve actually found myself fatigued with this sort of dialogue. Though emotional intelligence is important, it isn’t expected nor should it be required in all areas of life (such as work). I like where the author was going with this, but I know I’m not the target demographic. I liked the cover and the style of writing was easy to stay interested in, but it’s just not the content I’m looking for.
