I definitely relate to the topic as an empath myself. I don’t read self help books though so this isn’t a genre that appeals to me. I thought the chapter headings sounded interesting but then the excerpt jumped straight into chapter 5 and I couldn’t really get into it. But, again, this isn’t my genre to begin with.
