Great for business owners and HR depts

I think The Gift of Sensitivity would be a great book for business owners and Human Resource managers to read to give them insight to people. I am retired and do not read ebooks so I would not be interested in reading this ebook.
I do think it would be great for managers though. Anything that helps us all get along is always a plus.
