So the angle of a this book is different then what I expected. Given the premise about how empathy is a great asset I thought this book was about the different personality types. However, the book is from the perspective of the author or someone similar who is a psychologist and is full of stories of people they have helped. Empathy is an excellent tool to have in life especially in job, etc.
