Just based on the beginning of the first look, this did not strike me as a particularly engaging or worthwhile read. The tone is condescending and a little whiny. It just didn't read to me as helpful or educational. The cover is vague and bland, but fine. I wouldn't read this book to find out more. I think even big readers of self help books would struggle with this one. It just felt like something that needed more editing and experience to write.
