I’m a very empathetic person and I like the idea of a solid argument for the utility of empathy and sensitivity, but this book just did not work for me. I don’t really like the style, I’m not convinced the logic and psychology ideas are all sound, and I found a bit boring at times. Overall, I can see an audience for this book, I’m just not in it.
