when evelyn made martine she never expected her husband to have an affair with her. martine won her awards and made her famous however now she has to deal with the issues martine is causing. this story provides insight into what the future could be. the idea of cloning is unethical but no one knows how quickly that can be disregarded and we can have the same issue evelyn had. now evelyn has to figure out what to do. this story follows evelyn on her journey of what was supposed to be a great breakthrough but is actually her downfall. the stories name "The Echo Wife" is a perfect name for this novel. I 100% recommend that this a must read. the cover details two rings to show that evelyn's husband is essentially married to two people. If you were in evelyn's situation what would you do? should evelyn be jealous? these are questions you should ponder as you read this interesting novel.
