This first look has me on the edge of my seat. Sarah Gailey wrote a wonderfully mysterious novel with bodes of intriguing twists.
The premise is crazy interesting, a cloned replica of the wife dating her husband? And then the husband goes missing and the cloned wife is pregnant? Wild!!! And certainly entertaining. Think Westworld and maybe Big Little Lies. I think it would be a fantastic movie, the story seemed to jump off the page.
Eve, Martin’s and Nathan were so interesting to read about. You know when you want to wipe your mind and read something again for the first time? That’s exactly what I wanted to do after reading The Echo Wife.
I was turning page after page, each new twist shocking me and bending my mind.
There was really dark humor that I enjoyed as it made the story even more atmospheric. I can’t wait to finish this book and find out what is truly going on.
