I was gripped from the very first sentence of this first look—honestly, I knew from the short blurb that I would be invested in the story! Evelyn seems to be a somewhat relatable (though very intimidating in terms of accomplishments and intelligence) narrator, and I can’t wait to see how the story progresses from here with the cloning research and Martine and Nathan.
