I received a free copy of The Company of Demons by Michael Jordan from Bookish First for my honest Review. This book is a Thriller and I liked it well enough. Thrillers without a fantasy element are not usually my thing, but this was good. It's a slow burn, but if you stick with it I think you will enjoy it. Main character John, is determined to find the killer who murdered his friend - but things aren't so cut and dry. The narration of the story is good - but sometimes I wish there was just a slight bit more. It's hard to explain. That being said you are immersed in the main character from the very start and become invested in seeing the outcome. This is a good book to read and rainy day with a cup of coffee!
