Wow!!! What a way to start a book. I wasn't sure about the cover until I read the part describing the note John had received from the Butcher all those years ago. It ties in nicely with the story. I liked how it grabbed me from the start and then kept me eager to read more. Is it the Butcher or a copycat? I definitely will be reading the rest of it to find out.
