The world building is fantastic. The description and attention to detail are beautifully written. The story has a good start. The only thing I wish I understand was Milton’s motivation for leaving his job. It wasn’t explained satisfactorily enough for me. But maybe that’s something that the rest of the book will clear up. Good start. Can’t wait to read the rest.
