Mark Dawson is new to me, but I do enjoy this genre of fiction. I like that this book is the first in a series, and it looks like a really good book. It reminds me of some of my favorite series, such as the Lucas Davenport or Virgil Flowers books by John Sandford, or the Jack Reacher books by Lee Childs. I am a bit confused because there are Goodreads reviews on this book dating back years and according to that site, it was published back in 2013? Hmmm...maybe this is a paperback release...
