I'm a huge fan and reader of historical fiction, and I enjoy the World War II era in particular. As a result, I was excited to see this book and am fascinated by the premise. Amerigo's post-war experiences, including his time away from his family, sounds like a great window into a time a history I'm always eager to learn more about. Can't wait to read it!
