I love historical fiction especially told from a child's perspective. As soon as I saw the cover of this book, I was captivated to read what it was about. The cover is a bit sad and dark which for me means it will have me going through all sorts of emotions. This is why I enjoy these types of books. Reading the Sneak Peak captivated me to want to know more about Amerigo and the other children. Where will this book take me as far as Amerigo and his story goes. Really want to finish reading this book .....
